This blog is your go-to source for all things food, fitness, and lifestyle.

A little bit about me….My name is Sarah, I am a Mother, Wife and Personal Trainer which I love but I am also a bit of a nutrition and wellness geek and coffee lover. I am a hugely passionate food fanatic and self taught cook, which is what brings me here.

I’ve wanted to create this blog for so long and finally in March 2023 that became a reality.

Having worked within the fitness industry for many years, I have helped 100’s and 100’s of people achieve their health and fitness goals in a sustainable way.

This includes helping them to create healthy habits around the food that they eat, helping them include more nutrient dense food into their lives, helping people understand that eating well does not mean dull, bland food and helping others to live a healthier lifestyle.

You can eat whatever you like without feeling guilty and I’m here to share ideas, provide inspiration and encourage you to get in the kitchen.

I truly believe that living a healthy and balanced life is the key to unlocking your true potential.

I understand from my years of coaching that achieving overall well-being goes beyond the kitchen so I will also delve into lifestyle topics that contribute to your overall happiness and well-roundedness.

My Mission & Vision

My main mission with this blog is to share with you my love for different foods and different cultures, share recipes from quick and easy recipes to one pot recipes, fakeaway recipes to desserts you will love and everything in between.

Not only this, I will look at where foods come from, the health benefits of different types of foods, give you tips on things like bulk cooking, meal prep, meal planning, snacks and much much more.

All this with a bit of fitness and lifestyle sprinkled in for good measure …Where Food meets Fitness!
