Ingredients
  

  • 1 Serving Protein Powder
  • 1 small pot Natural Greek Yoghurt
  • 150 ml Milk of choice ( you could use water )
  • 1 handful Frozen Berries ( or fruit of choice )

Instructions
 

  • This is one of the easiest recipes EVER! Put all the above into the blender and blend! That's it!

Notes

TIP
Put the protein powder in on top of the wet ingredients so it doesn’t gather at the bottom. It mixes better that way
You can add pretty much anything you like and adapt, the amount of liquid may need to change depending what you add in but try and see!
